Terms of Service

1. About the service

BookMyGarrage (“BMG”, “we”) is a platform operated by Wagonastha Services that connects vehicle owners with verified workshops for servicing, repairs, inspections, pickup & drop, roadside assistance, and related services in India. By creating an account or placing a booking you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings, pricing & payments

• Prices shown at booking are for the selected services; additional work found during inspection is only carried out after you approve an estimate.
• Applicable GST is included in invoices. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; wallet credits and offers apply as shown at checkout.
• An invoice is issued for every completed service.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation is free any time before your vehicle is picked up.
• After pickup (before work is approved), a drop-back charge of ₹500 + GST applies for returning the vehicle safely to you. For prepaid bookings it is adjusted from the refund; for pay-after bookings it is payable before return delivery.
• Once approved work has started, cancellation is handled by our support team.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days; wallet amounts used are re-credited instantly.

4. Vehicle handling

Vehicles are photographed and inspected at pickup and delivery, and driven only by verified drivers. You confirm the vehicle’s condition at handover via OTP. Personal belongings should be removed before pickup; BMG is not responsible for items left in the vehicle beyond the recorded inventory.

5. Communications

You agree to receive transactional communications about your bookings (confirmations, status updates, invoices, delivery OTPs) via in-app notifications, push, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Marketing communications are optional and can be opted out of at any time.

6. Fair use & liability

You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact details and to use the platform lawfully. Workshop services carry the warranties stated on their invoices/warranty certificates. To the extent permitted by law, BMG’s liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking concerned.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use and delete it. It forms part of these terms.
